To get ahead you need to learn faster than the quickening pace of change. Indeed, dealing positively with change and ‘learning to learn’ may be the most important skills of all. This session covers:

  • Recognising how you learn best and how to build on and supplement that.
  • Self-coaching - powerful questions to unblock your thinking.
  • How to obtain and benefit from even hard-hitting feedback.
  • The process of learning new skills and how to stick at it.
  • Getting out of bad habits and developing good ones.
  • Stepping out of your ‘comfort zone’ and into your ‘stretch zone’ – it’s where you learn best.
  • Alternative responses to change, and recognising what is within your scope of control and influence.
  • Developing an inner resilience to adversity and insulating yourself from negative people.

During the programme and beyond you will be given access to tips, templates and other resources as reminders and to help implement points covered in the programme.

At any point, you can optionally request a one-to-one discussion with the trainer Phil Gott
